How to get a chat out of WhatsApp
Android, whole chat: open the chat › ⋮ › More › Export chat › Without media. Pick Deal Board if it is in the list; otherwise save it to Drive or Files and tap "Choose an exported chat file" here.
Android, a few messages: long-press the first message, tap the others, tap Copy (the two-page icon at the top). Come back here and tap "Paste from clipboard".
iPhone, whole chat: open the chat › tap the name at the top › Export Chat › Without Media › Save to Files. Then tap "Choose an exported chat file" here.
iPhone, one message: long-press it › Copy, then paste here.
What happens: the chat is saved to Files on this person, lead or deal, and the bot writes a short summary (facts, numbers, promises, open questions). The text is sent to the bot (Anthropic) to summarise.
